Melted rocker cover
 

Hi guys,
I have an Audi Q7 2010. I have just realised that my rocker cover has melted!?? My mechanic told me he hasn't seen this before, was not sure of the reason why the rocker cover would melt?
Any ideas? Anyone had this issue before?
