Live Traffic 2019 SQ5
 

Hello, I have a new 2019 SQ5. On the navigation I use the google earth satellite view. My question is whether anyone knows if there is live traffic available. Living in Toronto, it is quite valuable having live traffic to see the "red" on the navigation prior to being in the "red".......
Looking for advice, thank you

Did you ever figure this out? I also have just picked up a 2019 SQ5 and it includes all Audi Connect features including Google Maps. But it’s not showing traffic at all. At least around the GTA, where it should. Do I need a software update? Do I need to enable traffic on SiriusXM? Or is this never going to work in Canada?

I figured this out. There's a TSB for the Q5 to enable traffic on 2019 models which Audi Canada is aware of. However, I did not try that and went a different route. I ordered an OBDeleven device and changed the traffic value on the multimedia system from 65535 (disabled) to 65533 (use Inrix traffic from Audi Connect online services). Traffic is displaying now for Ontario. Perhaps traffic wasn't available at the time that this model was delivered, but it is now.
