Contacts presented "first name" then "last name"
 

I am a newcomer to this site so sorry if this question has been asked before. I synchronize my blackberry with the MMI (Q5 2011 with Nav). Contact names are presented with the first name before the family name (ex: Peter Smith) which makes it difficult to quickly locate a contact in the data base. Yet the contacts are sorted by family name in the blackberry and in PC (Smith, Peter). Is there an option to have the contacts be sorted by family name in the directory?
