Audi After-Care (extended warranty) coverage

I am wondering if anyone had experience replacing crankcase ventilation valve (PCV) under Audi Extended Warranty program.
$950 + tax quoted by the dealer is a lot of money!

Called Audi Aftercare.....PCV is considered a part of the emissions system which is excluded from extended warranty coverage on ALL Audi vehicles.
Can anyone recommend a reputable shop in Toronto specialized in Audi, that doesn't charge a fortune for simple repairs?
