2018 Audi Q7 - Taillight Light Malfunction / Liftgate Latch Senso

1 Attachment(s)
I got a error message: "Vehicle Light Malfunction". The rear taillight no longer turn on during braking, signaling, etc. The lower taillights and upper taillight (located above the rear window) still function during braking. Based on what I've seen online / youtube videos. I believe the issue is related to the liftgate latch sensor / switches on the rear sill. I've been trying to find this part # to order an replacement but haven't been able to find it for the 2018 Audi Q7. I have found the equivalent switch for the Q5 but this is not compatible on the Q7. Does anyone have any idea what the part # is for this liftgate latch sensor is?

I know that the taillights are still functioning because I was briefly able to get the taillights to illuminate before the error code popped up again. If anyone has encountered this issue before, please let me know what your solution was!
I may end up bringing the car to the Audi dealership to diagnose and fix as my search for the replacement part has been awful.

The piece looks similar to this: https://www.ebay.com/p/11028625845
The ones that I have found for the Q5 are: https://parts.audiusa.com/p/Audi__/L...4L0959121.html
