2013 q5 2.0 turbo

This car has 145000 kms on it...is it a reliable engine or is it a costly venture

My experience with 2015 Q5 2.0T is very bad. Having oil consumption issues at around 120000 km, need to add 1 quart oil after every 600kms. This seems to be a known issue with 2.0 T engines with defective piston rings. Cost of fixing this around 8k as this needs a engine rebuild.
