2013 Audi Q5 - Fog Light Switch
 

Hi All,

Question, I am looking to switch out the stock fog lights with LED or HID. Any suggestions? I am looking for the bright white look.

I have read that with LED, I will need to connect error decoders for them, is that correct?

Also, has anyone completed the HID Fog lamp switch? Is there a lot of effort in wiring the new balasts for them?

Sorry more than just one question here, thanks for your help and feedback!

Pictures of LED or HID fog lamp swap would be great too to get an idea on the look.

You can substitute halogen bulbs in the fog lights that match the HID headlights. I used Hoen

Don't have any pics but I used to have HID's on my Q5 fog. Really easy. You can changed them yourself takes about 45 mins, plug and play. Buy the kit off of ebay. You can get in from the front on one side and from the back on the other side.

BTW: I have an HID kit that will fit your Q5. It has yellow and white bulbs you can install either. If you want come by one day and I'll install it for your. PM me.
