Q5 Aftermarket SatNav

I have a 2014 Q5 and decided not to get the OEM satnav due to the ridiculous price. I have seen a few units from China, but has anyone any experience with these units (or the usual array of Kenwood, Pioneer, Alpine) and which ones fit the Q5?
