Pcv question new to audi

Hello so I just bought an Audi 2007 s4 4.2 v8
Driving home I heard the engine start buzzing pulled over if I hold the pcv valve and breather it stops jumped back in red oil pressure logo new to Audi don’t know how to go about this and can I still drive it
