Default Parts4Euro service

Anyone here every have any dealings with these people, has you suffered the same poor customer service and attitude I recently have. A week to process the order, direction only to the web site tracking they rarely update, atitude and claims of emailing tracking information they never did then charging me $50 to send via snail mail. I am hoping I'm the only one but if not you people need to know before some one else falls into their trap.
Please tell me everyone else here that has dealt with them is satisifed.

I am hoping I am the only one that has had this issue with them. But from the experience I've had with them a real lack of service and response. The worst is the lack of tracking information on the tracking site. Several email to their email address went unanswered for several days, (when I was inquiring about the potential sale they answered the same day) finally had to resort to calling them (long distance my nickel) and was told they don't update the tracking page. After several minutes of atitude they finally gave me a USMail tracking number (US mail after I paid them $50 bucks US??). I ordered the parts April 8, shipped out of California Apr 14. I know from experience once it is handed over to Canada Customs the trail ends. After charging me that kind of money and not crediting me anything to offset the free US shipping charges, the least they could of done was ship on time, via UPS without the atitude.

Well finally did get my lights from Part4Euro. Originally wanted to find E code Valeo OEM lights but outside of getting them from a jobber in Germany $$$ I decided to try these. I wasn't expecting OEM quality and I didn't get it.
Fit and finish I'd have to rate then well probably about an 8. However I was expecting the advertized brand Helix and received some brand I'd never heard of (Depot) ?? No E code stamp on the lense but after comparing the projector lenses and the cut off they appear to be close to the european original.
The pivot post on the bottom of the housing on the driver side was broken when I opened the box and the adjuster doesn't work on the same light. Rather than sending them back I decided the hassle wasn't worth it and am trying to see if I can fix them.
Light quality on the passenger side is actually very good, not a perfect cutoff but good. Not so for the driver side, the cut off is surrounded by rainbow coloured reflect obviously a problem with optics.
I plan on removing and seeing if I can get the adjuster to work, epoxied the pivot back on we'll see how that works.
More to come.

Well adjuster is non functional, can't get it to work at all and the light is aimed very low scarring the hell out of the squirrels.

Email sent 2 days ago to Parts4Euro has again gone unanswered, sent them a reminder today. I have asked to retrun the drivers side light for replacement.

NOTE TO THE ADMINISTRATOR: Can you help or do you have an alternate contact at Parts4Euro, plenty of people reading this post (39 and counting), someone should be concerned.

Welcome back to the ongoing Parts4Euro service saga. I assume with the help of this site administartor, I finally received a repsosne back on the repalcement. They requested I submit the invoice and an explanation and apply for an RMA #. They had all all that information already but to facilitate a return I sent all the information again as requested. I recieved an email the next day asking for more information on what was broken. Tried to explain again but at the end of the day the adjuster just doesn't operate the beam adjustment, I suspect the adjustment rod isn't attached to the backing plate but that just my opinion. We'll see what comes back.
