Anyone using LLTEK DBOV?

I want to upgrade my stock A4 1.8T Divertor Valve to anything else. I hear it fails under high stress, and I have to drive up a mountain to get to work everyday. So why can't I run a BOV insted of a DV?

What about using LLTEK Hybrid DV/BOV? Audi Body Kits Styling Aero Bumpers for Audi A4 S4 A3 A6 S6 A8 TT Q7 S8 RS4 A5 R5 Spoilers Lights Xenon Exhaust Intake Suspension Wheels Mats Performance Products From Rieger Caractere JE Design Uberhaus Zender Kerscher

My friend has one on his TT and has no issues, and he has a GIAC program from Pfaff and has better gas milage then my stock 1.8T A4. I have been concerned about buying a BOV because of know it all noobies saying you run rich without closed loop, when all that happens is the compressed air escapes and new cold air enters the intake box. Why would the release of compressed hot air cause the engine run rich? The MAF, IAT, and O2 sensors would just correct the fuel mixture anyways, considering your cars ECU runs in "open loop" until the coolent has reached 90 degrees. DOES ANYONE HAVE A DBOV?
