01 b5 w/ factory xenon
 

Hey all,

I'm looking into getting a set of aftermarket headlights for my 01 a4. I noticed that there is many d2s headlights. My problem is that my audi comes with stock xenons with the d1s bulb. Will the d2s headlight assembly work with my factory d1s xenon setup?

The reason I ask: my passenger side fender and headlight were hit in a parking lot and the two clips securing the headlight on the top are broken. Being as i already have the factory d1s in my car I just need the houseing basically plug and play. I want to replace both now bc they arnt in the best shape to begin with. So what headlight houseing should I be looking at?

I had halogens in my xenon and they were h7 so I bought an h7 6000k kit works and looks awesome!
