Brake caliper and bracket removal?

I have a 93 Audi S4. I need to remove the rear caliper and the bracket holding the caliper in place. There are two socket head bolts hold this bracket on and there seem to both be rounded out. first of all, what size are these bolts? and second, how do I get them out if the socket head is all up?

I think they're 15mm heads, and the bolts are about 1 1/2 inches long for the bracket. Try a penetrant like PB Blaster...but if you have no grip on them, and expect to replace them anyways, take a vise-grip to it.
