Audi 80 2.3E DPR
Hi Every one;
My Audi 80 2.3E had unstable operation and high fuel consumption, no DTC stored in ECU,I had doubts about fuel DPR (Bosch P/N:2437020009), so I removed it from fuel distributer, opened the screw, there I found a tiny Hexagon head screw, picked up the hex driver and extraced it out, it has a rubber ring which was in bad condition, a search within my store come up with a similler ring so I installed it, but here is my problem, I cant remember the old position of the hex screw, tested a lot of positions, each time I get different result but all has serious side effects
, please advice.
Tip: If you have same DPR with faulty coil then you can help by counting how many clockwise turns the hex screw will exactly move until it stopped, please note that 1/10 of a turn has effect on the engine performance so kindly be precise.
