I am wondering if it is possible to buy steel wheels for a 2001 Audi allroad?

I was looking for them when mine cracked and wanted a cheap alt for the time being, but my mechanic said he has only ever seen alloy wheels that will fit on our cars

According to originalwheels.com there were some steel wheels available in a 15x6" and 16x6", but I think the pricing for used steel wheels is pretty steep at $75 / rim. I guess that you could try Audi and see what's available locally and for how much.

they are available but only in a 16" and very hard to come by. you are better off buying a cheap set of aluminum for the winter or buy a nice new +1 size for the summers and keep the OE wheels for the winter setup - that is what I am doing as well

Hey man how you doing? I drive an Allroad too 2004 2.7T. Now Im tryin to sell some wheels from it they are made by Donz 20X8.5 tires 235/35/20 style (Montana)

I have a 2001 allroad and am interested in selling my OEM 17" wheels with 85% Dunlop Winter Sport 3D tires...I upgraded mybrakes and the 17" wheels don't fit over the big brakes now!
