Hi All, Thanks for letting me join. Some background about me... I'm a former mechanic/owner of German Motor Car in Port Moody B.C. and am now retired in Regina Saskatchewan. I took delivery of a 2023 A8L S line in January and the plan was to keep it garaged until spring, but the power steering failed on my wife's Q3, So I had to drive it for 2 days. Yesterday it was warm enough to take it to the local touchless car wash to get the salt off before putting it back into storage and I ran into a problem. Now I admit I haven't read the manual yet or done any of the programming, but I wasn't expecting that putting the car into neutral would be an issue at the car wash! The shifter toggled between reverse and drive bypassing neutral. I have tried to "Google" it, but info on the 2023's is sparse! Wondering if this is a common issue?

Update! Sat in the car until I figured it out! The shifter is very touchy and because I was too quick to try and find neutral, I kept blowing past it. All good now!
