New to this forum - third Audi - latest is a 2008 S6 -

Does anyone have a VIN number decoder - looking to find the original factory ordered spec for the car... It was imported from California back in 2011 - been in Calgary the rest of it's life...

It has a phone cradle in the console - but doesn't;t seam to have bluetooth connectivity for a newer phone... I know I might have to do an MMI upgrade -

it does have the six CD changer and the IPOD connection in the glove box...

Has anyone used a Bluetooth Puck adaptor in the cradle ? and or do I have buy one of the modules that mounts in the floor under the carpet on the drivers side... I'd hate to rip it all apart to find it already has one ... it's hard to imagine a 100K car from 2008 not coming with blue tooth... It does have navigation and the back up camera...

Any ideas from anyone...

I had a 2011 A4 previously, it had Bluetooth phone connectivity but no music streaming function, I ended up getting a Tune-to-Air device that plugged into the iPhone adapter in the glove box, that may work for you
