Just put a down-payment to hold my first Audi.
I'm 22, from Alberta, Canada, currently living in Red Deer.
I currently work in the oil-patch, getting field experience as I am an engineer by trade.
I've in the past owned a 1999 chevrolet cavalier, sold with 250,000kms.
Then a 1994 gmc yukon, sold at 500,000kms.
Then the current car a 2000 ford focus, selling at just over 300,000kms (only problem is the rear control arms have no bushings left in them so the rear tires tilt WAY in at the top and don't see it worth my time to repair, I'd rather a fun little AWD).
And the car I just put a down-payment on (waiting for tax return to pay the rest), a 2001 Audi A4 1.8T Quattro.
Currently has 223,000kms on it.
Not sure what else to add, the car comes with a paper trail a mile long of oil changes, any mods, etc, EVERYTHING done to it in the past several years.
It is chipped, can't remember what else, but it pulls hard and is in amazing shape.
I'll post more if someone directs me to an, "introduce your ride" section of the forum, and will definatly post up some pics. Also anyone wondering about brake light tints, the person who owned it (a peace officer) had an idea I quite liked, he tinted them, leaving the four rings of the audi logo clear over the clear reversing lights, making them that hair brighter when braking and backing, keeping them just above the "too dark" limit.
Either way, seems I'm rambling, I'm davyboy (nickname) so pleasure to meet you all, I do believe I will enjoy it here.

I'm sure I'll enjoy my stay, I have a friend at work who has driven audi for at least the past 15 years if not more and he's the one who has gotten me into it and now that I can afford one, I'm sure I'll love it more and more with each passing day. Will also be a efficient contributor to the forums, anything I do that I can't find a how to etc on here, I will try to write one up.

Congrats on the car and welcome!!!
I've got to say those cars you have owned have some serious mileage on them!!! Don't think they owe you anything!!! Lol

Lol yeah they all had mileage, but are all still on the road.
Cavalier, sold as had cracked cylinder head 1 and leaky head gasket (used about a liter of fluid every week) and needed truck at the time. Three months later saw it on the road.
Yukon, sold as was in college and was naturally a fuel guzzler (also had it sitting at just under 500hp) and had torn rear axle seals and the pin to remove them was stripped so either needed that tapped out or a new rear end, so sold it to a guy that got hit by someone running a red light in the front quarter panel so he swapped rear ends and was driving it.
Focus, currently has no bearings in the control arms in the rear end so wheels tilt way in at the top and is causing severe handling problems on slippery roads etc...
All could have been fixed for around 2 grand each, so not hard to, but got next car.
