New to me 2003 A4 1.8T
 

Decided I wanted something fun to drive instead of my '08 Dodge Ram. Make driving an experience again!

Stock '03 A4 1.8T. American car that has only seen two winters. Guy looked devastated to sell it but he's leaving the continent. I pick it up in a few weeks.

What are the 'musts' to do to this car?

I'm definitely looking at the APR 1.8T Stage 1 chip. Looks like it gets wicked reviews.

Also thinking of getting a bit of a sportier body kit for it. Nothing Fast & Furious, but something with a lip bumper and some skirts. For those that have a suggestion or two, let me know, but winter may be a factor as well!
