Hey all! So I am kinda new kinda old to the whole German car thing. I had a 73 bus way back when I was 16 that I had all tricked out but for that last 3 years anyways I was huge into the Subaru scene. I love my subbies, but a fortunate or unfortunate (I havent decided yet) event has cost me my subbie (ex wife, divorce blah blah blah) and now I am currently working a deal on a 2003 A6 3.0 Quatto. Dont know much about the cars, I know it is N/A but I am sure there are ways to fix that!! I dont know much about what parts/brands I should be looking at but any help would be great!!

So far I have decided that exhaust and a set of summer wheels and tires will be high on the list. But the stockers will be fine through winter. I would like to look into a super charger kit or something but again I dont know much about the audi's yet and how they like to be boosted etc.

Anyways thought I would say hi I will be browsing a bit to get ideas for my new ride and such. Any advice you have would be great as it will help me avoid the many topics that come up with responses like "search newb" and "old post" and "re-post" etc. So yeah advice is great thanks!!!

Kris

BTW my old ride for posterity sake

nice car, welcome to the forum... I can see that based on the subi, the Audi will be tastefully done as well.

If I were you I'd shop around for a 2.7T A6 instead of a 3.0 A6. That way you're already starting off with turbos to begin with.

Initially you could do, intake, chip and exhaust before you moved onto more hardcore stuff.

Be sure to keep us up to date on your modding progress.

Cheers!
