Default First time Allroad buyer

Hi guys & gals,

good to be here. About time I bought my first German car. Being all German and stuff.

On the not so bright side. I already have some random misfire issues with my new-to-me 2002 Allroad. But, don't worry... I'll look for the appropriate forum sections to post it in more detail.

On another note: Anyone have an idea if I can get a MaxScan VAG 405 Code Reader somewhere in Canada?

Later,
El Commodore

Welcome to the forum!

I have to recommend getting a genuine Ross-Tech VAG-COM due to all the awesome features it has - it is one of the very few products that I consider to be worth every cent I paid for it: Ross-Tech: VAG-COM

Thanks for the links. VCDS looks interesting, but the price is pretty steep. Might still be worth it in the long run.
