I have a 2018 Q5 with 105k. Have had coils and plugs replaced. every so often the car shakes at idle almost stalls , shakes to about 50kph. Warning light says system malfunction. Mechanic has tried resetting codes etc and yet continues to happen. Anyone help would be appreciated.
