Default TT alignment help.

Seems like most of my posts are asking for help. Well here's another request. Got front wheel drive TT aligned but tire are showing wear on the inside; measurements of 8, 7.5, 7 out of 10 in tread wear pattern. Had car aligned again this morning to get camber more in the negative direction, that's standing more upright but there is not enough adjustment to move beyond normal specs. How do you handle this problem of tread wear? Is there a part to add to give me more camber adjustment?

To be clear, negative camber is when the top of the tire is tilted inward to the vehicle; a camber of 0º is when the tire tread surface is sitting parallel to the ground.

Unless you have modified your suspension, i.e., lowered it more than an inch, then you will be able to set camber up for no excessive tire wear. The shop will have the OEM settings, but anything less negative than –3º of camber will not produce uneven tire wear. Contrary to popular belief, camber has less of an effect on tire wear than the toe does.

I will forewarn you that most suspension shops have very little idea what they're doing –*finding a good one is rather difficult.

Thanks for the info. Just had TT aligned and front wheel road-f-balanced. Realizing the tire have TPMs inside, I was wondering are the TPMs covered under the original factor warranty?

So, what were the before and after settings?
