Problems using VCDS-Lite to reprogram a radio
 

I am trying to use the VCDS-Lite version of VAG-COM to reprogram my radio to allow use of the Aux port (on a 2008 TT with V6 and stick). I can get VCDS to recognize the car and to connect to the Engine, but it will not connect to anything else (Engine II, Engine III, etc). Specifically, it will not connect to the Radio to reprogram it. Anyone familiar with this tool? What am I missing?
