P0420 VAG Error after Milltek CAT and Exhaust System Install

Hi Guys,
Have you come across this error?

001056 - Catalyst System; Bank 1
P0420 - 002 - Efficiency Below Threshold - Intermittent - MIL ON

Any suggestions on possible fix?
