Oettinger Muffler Quad Tips
 

I just found an amaizing deal and could not resist: I just bought last night a new Oettinger muffler and rear valence. The muffler is made by Remus for Oettinger specially for the MK2 TT 2.0T.

The muffler is a quad tip exhaust made to be used with their rear valence installed on the original bumper. I needed a new rear valence since my current muffler is dual tips on the driver side and the new one is quad tips like the newer models. I don't expect any fitting problem with Oettinger stuff as it is top quality.

By the way, North American Motorsports in NY state is closing its door. They are/were an Oettinger dealer and still have a few parts for sale at 40% off for our TT. 40% off on Oettinger stuff is amaizing. Unfortunatley, I did not want to spend all this money at this time but they still have the front spoiler, front carbon diffuser and side skirts for sale...

I am not planning to install the new muffler before July as we are driving down to California with the TT in June and I don't want the loud exhaust for a 5,500 km road trip.

I will report back with the results sometime mid-July.
