I own a regular tt 2011 and i am planning to change my exhaut system just after the catalytic converteur , for the tts exhaust system , what kind of problem should i expect.

From what I have read about this is I think you have a dual tip on the driver side so you might have some problems with the dual exit. so taking that in to consideration you will be missing exhaust hangers on the car. But I think you have the space for sure. You will have to also get eith a new rear bumper unless you have a Sline then all you will need is a rear valance.
The rear Valance on the TT base 2.0T is not as wide as the Sline and the 3.2 if I recall properly.
If I were you I would just buy an exhaust from Milltek or magnaflow that goes on your car unless you are willing to find these parts or spend the money at the dealer.

Thank you Robbie Boy ,but in 2011 the exhaust is like the 2008/2009 3.2 liters,the seller is giving me the rear valance ,but i wonder if i would have some misfunction codes.

I don't think you will have any codes with adding that exhaust. It will be just like adding a after market exhaust. as long as you have your O2 sensors hooked up and you have the cat on there you will be fine

 

The only difference I noticed between the 3.2 and the 2.0 aftermarket quad tip exhausts is the path of the pipes between the muffler and the cat. There is a little difference in the bend just before the muffler.
I have no idea why.

The exhaust system is on and i did not have any problem,but there is what it seem to be a vacuum valve on one side ,i don't know the use of it.

 

I also have a Mk2 TT 2.0T quartro and am interested in changing the exhaust cat back. Want some increase in full throttle sound, don't want ant drone crushing. So what differences do you hear? Much increase in full throttle sound?

 

The reason I change my exhaust system,is that i bought on ebay an exhaust system almost brand new for only $100. The valence was given free.It come from an Audi tts 2011.I cannot hear the difference with mine.I think if you want more sound you should go for miltek or magnaflow , the guy who sold the tts exhaust bought a miltek and he realy like it. good luck for your next purchase.
