Default ABS Programming Problem

My car has been sitting in the shop for several months because my ABS module needs to be reprogrammed. I have been told by my mechanic that there is a CODE needed, that is missing in my car. I am missing the "Vehicle Data Label"...that has the Production Codes (PR-Codes) on my 2008 Audi TT MK2. It is the sticker near the spare tire well on the floor of the vehicle. The duplicate of that sticker is on the first page of the Service/Maintenance Manual in the Owner's Manual. ( Of course I don't have either ) Does anyone know "how" or "where" I can get a copy of this information or a way to program it without the sticker? I've already tried the Audi dealerships in my area by providing them my VIN. I will pay the assistance.

I posted an example of the sticker.
