TT's without tumour
I can't believe how many Ontario plated 2000 - 2006 Audi TT's I have seen lately on the road that are obvious US imports that have not had their bumpers changed to CDN specs. Also I have seen several for sale both private and on lots without conversion. How the hell do these people get away with this???

Re: TT's without tumour
Be aware that Audi still sends out bumper mod letters with the recall letter as they have not been officially notified by the Canadian Government yet as to the harmonization. The recall clearance letter is a bunch of crap as well as it would be simple for a dealer to issue a notice on their letterhead but no you have to jump through hoops for Audi USA and wait 5 to 7 work days for what they tell you on the phone. They also tell me that they are not set up to email this letter. This is the 21st century and they can't email. They are pissed that they no longer can make money off these bumper mods.
