Looking for a recommendation on a stainless steel performance exhaust system for my TT

 

Hi there,

I had the 42 draft design 3" turbo back exhaust installed on my 2001 225.

Its not all stainless steel though.

I installed it in conjunction with a new more powerful turbocharger called the Frankenturbo F23.

It sounds pretty mean now.

If you don't want to attract attention this is not the way to go.

I would also suggest a new dog bone motor mount for the engine as you need to stiffen things up so as to not get any rattles.

As I said not all of it is stainless due to the costs to make it.

However they do have an optional ceramic coating for the whole thing that will minimize corrosion even further.

I think the cost was about $1300.00 plus install.
