2002 tt Inner CV Joint bad? (Video)
 

Hey Guys,

I have a 2002 tt that has started to make a loud creaking/clicking sound when turning corners. It only happens when the car is moving, as I cannot replicate the noise when it is lifted and is in gear running. It sounds like the front passenger side is where the noise is coming from. I inspected the wheel bearing, tie rod, ball joint, stabilizer bar, shock tower etc and things look good. However my CV joint has some play and I think this may be the cause. Not sure if this should have any play, as the drivers side does not. Any thoughts??
