Annoying water spots!

Hi guys!

So I moved to a new house a couple of months ago and my baby has to sleep outside. I usually cover it when I think it is going to rain but I got caught off-guard a few times. As a result, this happened:
https://cimg8.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.aud...1c680af389.jpgLook at that!!! :'(

First it really upsets me but more importantly I can’t get rid of it, I spent approximately 20 minutes rubbing it with a towel damped in soap but it’s still here.
So my question to you all week end warriors out there is:
How the F do I get rid of it?

Re: Annoying water spots!

Hi,

I got something similar last year, I asked my detailer for some advice and he told me to use a product called ecoclean delete from a company called IGL Coatings, it worked wonders: it is formulated to “eat” the stain (the words of my detailer, not mine ahaha) thanks to its very high acidity.

Here is where to buy it: https://www.lazada.com.my/products/ecoclean-delete-500ml-i227191604-s292194687.html?spm=a2o4k.pdp.recommendation_1.1.5 9045ea3I0bIN3&mp=1&scm=1007.16389.99110.0&clickTra ckInfo=c847ccd8-7d25-4752-8f17-015020063c9d__227191604__10001098__1
so you might want to try an iron remover too... I am not too sure about the effectiveness but if everything else fails that could be your last resort.
It is a Malaysian company hence they are on this website and not on amazon, sorry ahaha!
Anyways, if you so choose to use it get back to me and tell me if it worked as well as when I used it!

Hi Ceatom, thanks for your reply, I've asked my detailer about this ecoclean delete from IGL Coatings and he said it usually works well against water marks... Anyways, he has a bottle so I'll just buy it from him, Thanks for your help!

Hi, reporting for duty, I tried IGL coatings' product delete and it worked well, the water spot has disappeared, I'll have the part damaged recoated and I'll be good to go!
Thank you for your piece of advice!
