Thought you guys might enjoy this.

The pics are from a mechanic friend of mine, the engine is from a Turbo S4 that was heavily modified.

I think this car might need more than a tuneup.

Nice pictures. Can you explain how this was caused by too much boost? Did it throw the two rods that are being held up by the wrist pins? The obvious guess would have been TB failure . . .

Not sure what caused it.

All I know is that it had a lot of mods. Maybe it belonged to someone on this board. Would be cool to hear from the owner.
