Default Priority 2 malfunction

Hello everyone, former VWer here. Now an Audi owner. I was looking for some assistance with a warning light thats come up suddenly. I cannot find it in any internet search, or even in the manual at all. Here's a pic and thank you in advance for assitance. Cheers

Washer fluid low. It is definitely in the manual.

Wow really? Maybe check the Audi Owners manual for starters.

The washer fluid warning has a different picture. The washer image shows a windshield this does not. Ive read the manual front to back

This is the image for washer fluid. Its not the same and it is not in the manual

It is, but I recieved a different indicator. One that shows a picture of a windshield. I refilled and the windshield washer light no longer lights up, but this mystery one is still flashing.
