Does it run hotter in traffic and cooler on the highway? If so, you need a new thermostat.

I checked alll the fluid levels and they are all fine, and the temp. guage stays at the same level which would be a notch and a half pass the normal spot reguardless of me being on the freeway or the streets.

How many K's are on your car. Also, have you replaced your water pump yet. I have heard that the fins in the A4 water pump are actually plastic and they can brake off (which decreases your coolant circulation). I would assume that the TT has the same water pump.
