VAG-COM will not report anything about T-Belt state or tension.
If the fuel is three years old, it's not fuel anymore. I'd drain as much of the old fuel as possible, change the fuel filter, refill tank, use ign on to activate fuel pump, then flush the lines to the engine fuel line coupler. The 2.7T fuel system is self priming.
