Just had mine done as well (2003, A4 1.8TQ). Audi said either wait for the letter or go in if you have any issues. I was driving up a hill when mine went...$100 Tow into the dealer. Wondering if they will cover the tow??

3.0 is in the recall.... and later 2.7's, Luckily 4.2's seem to be bulletproof!

...for the people that changed theirs before this recall you can download a refund form and mail it in with receipts to get a full refund. I changed my i year ago and when i spoke to audi canada they informed me there is not time limit and as far as a few years can be submitted.
