Euro Delivery through a US Dealer?

Default Euro Delivery through a US Dealer?
After reading about Audi's Euro Delivery program I was very excited. As I researched I was dissapointed, but not surprised that it isn't offered in Canada. Has anybody from Canada done a European Delivery through a US Dealer and then imported the car into Canada? Is it possible?
