Exclamation Different offset wheels - is it bad?

Hi guys,
New member here and not very savvy so i'm sorry if the explanation is not good.

I have an Audi A4 Quattro S Line - 2017 with 19" wheels but last summer i hit a rock and one of the wheels is damaged and there's no reparation possible.

So i started looking for the same wheel (an used one because at Audi they cost $1200(!!!)CAD/each) and i only found 2 that are the same model, but the offset is not the same as the originals (so i'm told): one has ET35mm and the other one ET45mm. I guess the original offset is 40mm.

The guy in the shop says i won't see or feel any difference but i'm not so sure, maybe he just wants to sell me the wheel. He suggested the ET45 so there's no chance that the wheel or tire rub the suspension or brakes.

What do you guys think? Should i keep looking? Use a spacer on the other wheel in the same suspension arm (rear) to make it the same offset?

Thank you so much!!!

I've attached the pic of the wheel maybe someone here as a spare one!
