Hi there,

I need my A6 Transmission Flush. My usual mechanic can't figure it out, which makes me a little nervious.

Can someone recommend me to a good Audi mechanic located somewhere in Toronto East. ( Eastyork or Scarborough).

I have used Import Auto Works in Hamilton for my Audi work. Also, in Aurora, there is Mittler Motors. Both very good. Any one have an independent VW/Audi mechanic in the east end of the GTA? Ajax, Pickering, Whitby, Oshawa? Anyone?

No offense to the guys at the dealership but you wanted $700 for a new starter when all it needed was the contacts cleaned!!!

Independent tuning in Scarborough.

Never used them, I'm in the west end, but they get good reviews on this board. Stay away from the dealers.

If you search for recommended mechanics there will be lots more.

I'm also looking for independent Audi Mech or good shop in GTA (preferable Etobicoke/Mississauga) to make pre-purchase inspection.

located on Kingston Rd between Victoria Park and Warden on the north side...specializes in VW and Audi

He was a chief mechanic for Cedarbrae for over 30 years...he knows his cars inside and out

Just found a place for my Tranny Filter and fluid change.

It's Mister Transmission at 50 Don Park Rd. in Markham (Woodbine and Steeles).

This location specialized on Germans. And they do a lot of out source work for BMW and Audi in the area.

Great bunch of guys and very knowledgable and very reasonably prices.

My A6 trany flush and filter cost $279+Tax. that includes labour.

And the best part they did it in about an hour. While I was waiting, the owner an I just talked shop and life in general the whole time.

Highly recommended if you need tranny service.

Ask for Dave or Ken. These guys know their stuff.
