Audi Connect issues
 

Hi all, first post here. We've had a 2021 Q5 since Mar 2021 with no issues with connected services (sending addresses from MyAudi app, seeing location of vehicle, seeing status like doors locked, windows closed, etc). Nav showed satellite view. Since about mid Feb all this stopped working. Getting a no data connection error. And the map as lost the satellite view.

We did have it in back a little before that for a safety recall (something with the backup camera). When we got it back from that, wireless Android Auto worked! Was pretty stoked about that.

My wife took it in and after an overnight stay, no solution. Service was trying to say her phone was the issue.

I did notice the the indicator for the data connection on the mmi shows a 3g. I'm assuming this means that the mobile radio is 3G and that whoever is the service provider was shut down their 3G service resulting in no dats services

Anyone else seeing similar symptoms?

Any recourse? I'm assuming this means connected services is done on my model.
