A4 Door Lock problem HELP!!

Hey boys and girls,
I have this problem. Rear driver's door will not lock, ceiling light will not turn off and alarm will not arm itself...
Anyone had this problem before?
Scanned it and had a fault code (did'nt take the code number) but vagcom did say: no communication.
Can you help me!

i saw this problem on a golf 4 , the guy repaired this, at a local service for 30$
