2.0 TFSI 211 hp

OK, I admit that I'm a bit confused about the 2.O TFSI engines. Some of the new Audi's and VW's list it w 200hp. Others list it w 211hp. I understand that the 211 version has a lot more torque as well as more hp, I assume the result of variable valve timing.

But does anyone know the logic of which models get the 211 and which get the 200hp version?

Pecking order, mostly. You'll also notice that the VVT versions are longitudinally mounted (A4/A5/Q5) vs the nonVVT which are transverse mount (A3 and a whole bunch of VWs)

I believe that the new TT has the VVT engine and I also believe it is transverse. I wonder why VW wouldn't use the 211 engine in their flagship CC?
