Yes! and welcome to Alberta - the wild West Province.
A 14 year old gets class 7 here. She passed the exam first time with 97%.
These 14 year old are in fact good drivers. They do not tailgate, stay away from everybody else on the road, stop on every stop sign, park with care, go 30 km/hr on playgrounds and are very courtagious in respect to other drivers.
But yet I noticed that they attempt to text while driving!
In case there is a second teen in the car they may take advise and run through red light when they are "in a rush".
The stereo is on full blast.
