wet sanded too deep on white paint!

Hey guys, I'm trying to help fix this error i put into my brilliant white paint finish on my 09 a6. There was a scratch near the passengers side door on the window frame, i decided to wetsand it. it was my first time and i went too deep. I got the scratch out but i can see 3 layers of paint I'm assuming. They go outward toward a ring, the one in the middle is is a kind of yellowish, the 2nd is white and 3rd is finish then the clear coat i think. I tried using touch up paint to fill it up and then wet sanding it down but the touchup dosent smoothen out so it still looks like brush strokes. How do i fix this? I know after I'm done wet sanding you have to polish it with a buffer and compound, i can do that easy. I just gotta fill it, any advice please?

Stop touching it and take it to a professional

You should have started with polishing it. Usually takes out scratches as long as they're not all the way down to the base coat. You need to take this to a pro now if you want the repair to match the rest of the car. It'll never happen with touch up paint.

Surface needs to be prepped, spot painted and clear coat applied to entire panel.
