LED Headlights installation issue, A4 2007 2.0T quattro b7

All right so I bought those cool Devil Eyes LED headlights for my B7

They're exactly like those on this video.

Instructions looked darn simple as per this site, just plug and play.
YouTube - Spyder Installation Video: Audi A4 06-08 Projector Headlights

I went ahead and remove the bumper as per instructions on here, so I can easily remove the headlights.
B7 A4/S4: Clear Corner Mod/Removal of Bumper

After 2hours and 3 beers, I successfully removed the bumper. Now here's my problem, my new headlight connectors don't fit. Pin pattern is different.

Apparently, I have headlights with motorized bi-xenon + projector by which the circuitry is totally different from regular headlights for B7. Anybody had encountered this issue before? Do I need an adapter or terminal to reroute the wires?

Also my buddy told me that I may have an error message on the dashboard after I install my headlight, like the computer wouldn't recognized the new headlight. How do I go about and fix that if that happens?

Any help would be appreciated, I can't wait to make this working.

Cheers,

Re: LED Headlights installation issue, A4 2007 2.0T quattro b7

Hey! Im sure you have probably figured this out by now but... I have been looking into aftermarket LED style headlinghts for my B7 RS4. When I called the manufacturer, he actually asked me to take a photo, as well as count the number of pins and then email him all the info, to make sure that the connection is the same, because they do actually vary from model to model, and even where the car was from (US vs Can). Also he warned me of the trouble codes that would probably be thrown due to the fact the aftermarket ones arent self levelling or addaptive. Im told the solution is to go far enough into the ECM and erase the code that is telling the car the lights arent proper, Its not good enough to just clear the code when it appears. This is just what ive been told upon doing research, although if anyone has successfully done the conversion, any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers!
