Where can I get a blank key cut in the GTA for an Audi A6?
 

Hi,

I ordered a keyfob on ebay which came with a blank key. Does anyone know where I can get it cut in the GTA? It is for an 2000 Audi A6.

Thanks for the reply. I already tried a couple dealerships, with no luck.

I called Queensway Audi/VW. They said they dont cut them.

I also called the VW by Yorkdale. When I asked if they cut them, the guy asked me where I bought the key. When I replied that I got it from eBay, he said "No," he wouldnt cut it for me.

Do you know a dealer that does?

Or any more info on the place in Pacific Mall, like the name of the shop and location in the mall?

dude pm me...i'll give you the contact to someone who can cut it AND program it for you too for less than half the price of the stealerships

It is probably because he doesnt want the guys number to be floating around the internet. I know a guy that cut and programmed my keys for me. He just did this as a hobby, not a shop....hence the cheap price. I gave the number to a couple of members.

I used these guys to cut a Lexus key blank I bought from Ebay 3 years ago. They didn't blink when I brought them the blank and it was very inexpensive. Lexus dealerships all quoted astronomical prices and refused to take my blank (they said for fear of breaking their bit)

I can do it (cut and program...I think the immobilizer came in 2001 on the A6 but can program it if present). PM me for details.
