Yesterday in the Toronto beaches I spotted a blue Audi with S4 badges, and on the front bumper it had a decal printed to look like an Ontario license plate. The background was reflective white, and the writing was almost a perfect match. I'd love to find out where I can get a sticker like that made for my car.

 

He is on this forum, search for GTA Dyno day, Im sure he has posts in there. I saw his car up close, He did a good job with the front plate.

I would be interested to know where he or you will get that plate decal done! I saw a Z4 with one of those decals last year at a 350Z meet.. I want one for the S4 !!!

Make sure to scan an image of your plate for them.

Where ever you get it done, just let them know that I sent you. Also, keep in mind that I first put a layer of stone guard, then the sticker, and then another layer of stone guard to create a sticker sandwich. It protects the sicker and keeps it from pulling your paint off if you ever have to take it off the car.

Thats a court date for copying a plate.... not even a ticket.

 

Jefferson88 - that's a good point, I didn't think of that. Are you speaking from experience?

Currently I'm driving around with no front plate, and in over 2 years I've been pulled over 3 times (never ticketed though).

The sticker I saw on Dave's car looked so much like a plate that I don't think too many cops would give it a second look...
