Looking for reputable Audi Dealership

Re: Looking for reputable Audi Dealership
By the way, AVOID Owasco Audi dealership in Whitby, Ontario. They are underhanded and dishonest. They tried to sell me a pre-owned vehicle with a broken windshield. (that actually didn't pass safety inspection and was actually legally unsellable at the time). Only AFTER signing the purchase agreement, was I told it would take 4-6 weeks to get the parts to fix it. They wanted me to pay in full first (and drive away a car with a broken windshield) But when I said I would not pay for the car in full until the windshield was fixed, somehow MIRACULOUSLY the windshield could be fixed in a week!!!
They are obviously feeling the downturn in economy and will do anything for a sale. I would not trust them one bit. The Manager and Owner of the dealership were also arrogant and rude.

I ranted about OWASCO and posted detailed info on what they do and who they realy are.
I am sorry to hear about your experience!
Spred the word: stay away from OWASCO in OSHAWA: both sales and service!

Re: Looking for reputable Audi Dealership
no need to take your car to the dealer, I have all my service done at Euro Automotive in Grimsby, great guys, highly recommended. I have an 05 TT and an 07 GTI. Dealer has only looked at these cars when warranty work was required. Dealer never asked where I was having my service done. Euro does the oil change on the TT with ELF 5W 40 and genuine filter for I think FOR $66 which is far less than the stealers. I went to both Oakville and Hamilton Audi, they are much about the same. I have recommeded Euro to others and they have all thanked me. You can actually be next to your car as they are working on it, chat with the mechanic, old school!

Re: Looking for reputable Audi Dealership
i think he means that after the warranty is done you should go to those places because right now the audi warranty that the dealer offers, you should use it to the max and get everything done on your car cause that warranty covers alot.

Re: Looking for reputable Audi Dealership
you can take your car for service outside the dealer as I have on my cars. I only take the car in for warranty work, they have never asked to show that I was doing any type of service. my book is stamped by the person that does my work and I keep receipts to prove the work was done. I never have had the dealer do any work other than warranty that includes my current TT, GTI, G35 etc. warranty work was always covered, read your manual dealer does not have to do the service. However if it makes you feel comfortable go ahead and pay the dealers high costs.
