Buying CPO A4 from Quebec?
I'm considering a trip to Montreal, to get a CPO 2006 2.0t manual transmission A4 Avant that seems to be rare in Toronto. I understand that there is a problem with odometer rollbacks in Quebec because the government doesn't track mileage upon each registration renewal. With the Audi odometer being digital, and VAG-COM interfaces readily available, I think it would be very easy to roll back an A4.
I'm wondering if it's standard practice to let a potential buyer inspect the Audi service history on a car? I want to see a nice even progression of mileage, and periodic preventative maintenance. In the absence of such reassurance, I'm not sure I would trust a car from Quebec. Or does the CPO program require the dealer to do this kind of due diligence? |

On the other hand I do have a nice A4 B7 for sale;) www_audiforum.ca/audi-cars-sale/47503-sale-2007-a4b7-front-track.html |
